Office Manager/Property Manager

Aspen Oak Management is looking for a part-time office manager for our rental property in Provo close to BYU. Housing around 250 university students.
The position requires the manager perform the following:
Calculate utilities, fees and rental amounts and delivering monthly rental statements to residents. Perform some limited accounting. Sell, process and manage contracts for three different rental periods. Work with the BYU Off-Campus Housing Office. Manage all maintenance requests from residents as well as internally generated maintenance needs. Supervise maintenance and cleaning personnel. Coordinate all inspections including monthly cleaning inspections, move-ins and move-outs. Provide tours and information for apartment seekers. Manage any and all problems relating to the property and the residents. Work with all contracted providers for the property. Work with several accountants and the property owners.
Property management experience not necessary, but preferred.
Friendliness and excellent customer service skills required.
The ability to work with many different nationalities and university students.
Ability to learn quickly required.
Knowledge of Quickbooks and Excel preferred.
Live within 20 minutes of the complex. (Right next to BYU Football Stadium)
Work efficiently in an occasionally high stress environment.
Be able to work alone.
Make wise decisions on behalf of the owners.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
