Sales Coordinator

Job Description
Create and update sales reports daily
Retrieve information from availability maps
Follow orders through provisioning process
Meet with reps as needed to review orders
Report activities to managers weekly
Retrieve limited information from customers when needed
Gather sales information for account executives
Assist sales team building proposals for perspective customers
Attend weekly sales meeting and participate in trainings
Perform daily office tasks and projects as assigned
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a professional office environment be proficient with Microsoft Office programs (especially EXCEL), type at least 50wpm (including 10 key). Have completed some or all college credits, have an ability to learn procedures quickly, multitask in a fast paced office. This person will report to the Director of Sales and work closely with all team members and other departments in Veracity.
Requirements
Prior experience in a professional office environment
Proficient in Excel and knowledgeable with other Microsoft Programs as well as an ability to learn proprietary software
Some college, Associate or Bachelor Degree preferred but not required
Capability to work well independently as well as be a team player
Capability to balance multiple projects and respond to district management's needs
Applicant will need to have a flexible schedule and be able to start training ASAP.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
