We are looking for talented Business Development Representatives (BDR) who will contact and qualify marketing-generated leads and prospective customers prior to meeting with Sales Executives. The BDR should be a self-starter with a track record of successful, credible lead follow-up and sales development experience.
Position Responsibilities:
Serve as the initial point of contact with targeted companies
Qualify marketing leads and set up sales calls for Account Executives
Identify and properly qualify business opportunities and qualified leads
Present business solutions to prospective customers
Keep abreast of the industry and technologies to ensure you are a trusted resource to prospects and customers
Successfully manage and overcome prospect objections

Position Qualifications:
Demonstrated results in the solutions-based selling process
Ability to work in a fluid/changing marketplace
Strong organizational, managerial, and personal skills to successfully communicate and negotiate with internal and external customers
At least 1-2 years professional B2B selling experience in technology and/or remote sales
Successful experience at new account development
Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Self driven, motivated and results oriented
Proven prospecting and sales cycle management skills
Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
Preferred Qualifications:
4- year degree preferred in Business or related field
Two years B2B technical sales experience, either inside or field
Proven success in penetrating new markets and closing new business

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
