Office Manager/Accounting/Payroll

Answer phones & communicate with clients via telephone, email and in person
Manage staff calendars
Process payroll and payroll tax payments for multiple clients
Assemble tax returns
Print, copy, fax as assigned
Occasionally run errands as assigned
Order office supplies and monitor inventory
Maintain appropriate interpersonal relationships with colleagues and clients
Other tasks as assigned
Must have great customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Work well with deadlines and under pressure
Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office
Highly organized and neat, extreme attention to detail, excellent work ethic
Able to learn quickly & follow instructions in their entirety
QuickBooks and payroll processing experience preferred
High school graduate or equivalent

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
