Vivint Solar Instructional Designer
Vivint Solar is seeking an Instructional Designer in and around the Provo, UT area. We are looking for problem solvers, self-motivators and action oriented thinkers. We are changing the way the world produces power and are looking for an Instructional Designer that is ready to jump in and help our fast growing business grow even faster.
An Instructional Designer is responsible for working with various business groups in the company to identify, design, develop, and implement training programs for HR and other related departments. Additionally, the Instructional Designer works as a communication contact point between Human Resources and the rest of the company. This role is vital in creating curriculum that is engaging and assures the learning provided through our LMS is adopted and utilized, driving a solid ROI for all areas of the organization.

Responsibilities:
Work with subject matter experts to outline processes and procedures that need to be communicated to other employees.
Identify learning objectives, and develop instructor lead trainings, as well as online trainings, and assessments for employee use.
Coordinate training efforts with other departments as requested.
Streamline and solidify training programs for various lines of service.
Create corporate communication pieces for company wide distribution on behalf of the Human Resources department.
Create eLearning modules based on meetings with SME's in various business functions.
Establish and maintain effective relationship management with our customers
Multi-task based on assignment priority
Required Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
In depth knowledge of learning theories, methodologies, and the multiple levels of evaluation
Previously built eLearning courses (samples must be provided)
Must be able to provide structured feedback for other content developers
Ability to solve unique technical problems without supervision
Ability to learn new software on the fly
A great customer service attitude
Ability to envision product scenarios in order to help customers solve problems
High technical aptitude
Required Experience
3 to 5 years of experience with the following e-learning development programs: Adobe Captivate, Camtasia, Adobe Flash, Adobe Sound Booth (or other audio editing software), other related e-learning development tools.
Minimum of 5 years of training facilitation and development experience.
Advanced proficiency of MS Office applications.
Experience with ADDIE, Backward Design, and other Instructional Design models.
Assessment design experience.
Familiarity with uploading and deploying courses through multiple Learning Management Systems (LMS).
Expertise with audio and video tools a plus

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
