SecurityTrax, is rapidly growing and is a subsidiary of Alarm.com. We are seeking motivated and talented Account Manager who wants to be part of a fast-paced team.
This position is ideal for the candidate who seeks a small, friendly company culture where one can work closely with smart and highly productive people across a very interesting spectrum of wireless, software, and hardware/device technologies to develop outstanding consumer products. The Account Manager will be help build and maintain relationships with both our current and potential clients by answering questions, giving demos of the software, and providing training.
Responsibilities
-Coordinating the on-boarding of new clients including maintaining the automated onboarding process, entering the information into the company s CRM and tracking the follow up
-Training new Clients on Software setup and usage
-Assisting with pricing approvals for clients
-Answering inbound sales inquiries and proactively following up with leads that have not become customers
-Staying up to date with new SecurityTraxproduct release features to properly respond to client inquiries
Qualifications
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
-Familiar with the Home Automation and Security industry.
-The ability to communicate with customers and vendors, both in writing and verbally, in a clear, professional manner
-A self-starter who is able to operate independently
-Strong people skills; natural customer service orientation and disposition candidate must enjoy working with clients and supporting internal customers in the organization
-The ability and commitment to meet deadlines, even during high volume periods
-Flexible and positive attitude that fosters team spirit
-Experience using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
-Experience using PowerPoint and other presentation development tools desired

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
