Dealer Trade Driver
Primary Responsibilities The Dealer Trade Driver is expected to Protect the legal financial and moral wellbeing of the Larry H.
Miller Companies dealerships Provide professional and courteous delivery of vehicles to trading dealerships to meet supply demands and maximum production Be a teacher to support the efforts of other employees to be successful.
Seek ways to improve business operations efficiencies and customer service.
Primary Duties.
Ensure maximum productivity customer service and cost control.
Ensure accurate and complete invoices prior to pickups and deliveries to sustain productivity and customer satisfaction.
Effectively communicate with inventory personnel and management to ensure the operation is appropriately cleaned organized and safe.
Maintain a secure and organized delivery system to prevent damage andor loss of company materials to retain cost levels.
Deliver and pick up vehicles timely and accurately to sustain consistent work flow.
Perform all job duties as requested by management.

Set an example of positive attitude and professionalism including a neat orderly and safe work environment.
Communicate and resolve customer complaints and adjustments.
Job Qualifications High school diploma or the equivalent preferred.
Working knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
Minimum of years old.
Maintain valid drivers license and Motor Vehicle Record MVR within company policy requirements.
Basic communication skillsability to read and write.
Excellent attendance and dependability.
Communication skills Speaking talking to others to convey information effectively Active listening skills taking the time to understand the points being made by employees and customers Customer Service Be service oriented and actively looking for ways to help Represent the company to all employees and customers in all communications.
Physical Requirements Moving about the parts and body shop department due to necessity to pick up vehicles from the dealership and deliver to other dealerships.
Exposure to shop environment such as noise dust odors and fumes chemicals and adhesives.
Required to lift up to a minimum of lbs.
Regularly required to sit stand bend reach talk hear use hands and fingers handle or operate objects tools or controls.
Occasionally required to stoop kneel crouch.
While performing the duties of this job the employee is exposed to weather conditions precedent at that time.
Required vision include close vision distance vision peripheral vision and the ability to adjust focus.
Required to operate equipment and move vehicles in a safe manner at all times.
