Provides exceptional customer service when answering customers questions and resolving problems from inbound phone calls and emails.
Having the ability to troubleshoot issues using our business management software while showing excellent followup and follow through skills.
Contributes articles to the knowledge base to promote selfhelp for our customers.
Participates in the testing of new product releases.
Our software is a web based business management system that integrates all facets of business Sales Inventory Purchasing Receivables Payable General Ledger Contracts and Service for HVAC Electrical and Plumbing companies Expertise or experience in ANY of the following is recommended Accounting Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable Balance Sheet General Ledger Inventory Purchasing Receiving Counting Warehousing Manufacturing Sales Service Dispatch Technical writing skills Industry Experience HVAC Plumbing Electrical Prior business software experience or software support experience.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service attitude Education in business accounting finance or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
